Denver Nuggets forward Kenyon Martin recently got his famous lips tattoo removed after he broke up with his partner, who was the owner of the lips.
Apparently Nuggets center Chris “Birdman” Andersen, who has a history with drug problems, thought he needed to make up for this devastating loss by getting a memorable tattoo himself.
Yes, this piece of art continues around the neck in a symmetric fashion, and yes, it says “Bird”?on the other side.?It seems as though he’s tilting his head up in that picture, which leads me to assume that that’s?another one of the tattoo’s permanent side effects.
Who would have?guessed Andersen?was a?Lynyrd Skynyrd enthusiast. Wouldn’t surprise me if the band’s song “That Smell”?is also one of his favorite hits, as his aforementioned drug habits would infer.
