Adding to his blossoming playoff legend, Paul George drove past the best perimeter defender in the NBA in LeBron James to get to the rim, but he was met by Chris “Birdman” Andersen.
This proved to not be a problem for the athletically-gifted George, who made dunking on someone with as odd a nickname as Birdman seem easy.
Thanks to a slight audio alteration by SB Nation, this made for an Angry Birdman.
The NBA season isn’t even underway yet, but rookie hazing is already taking an indirect effect as displayed on Media Day.
Indiana Pacers rookie Paul?George is known to be a book worm, although I’m not sure children’s books are his thing. Looks more like a Twilight guy.
Who knows how long it took to get those kids to sit still and pose for thatpicture. Sometimes the NBA’s partnership?with the Boys and Girls Club doesn’t exactly work in the players’ best interest.
Each of the toddlers has a “Green Eggs and Ham” book, George must be on reading level number two with that “Cat in the Hat” edition.
